Refund Policy

Last Updated: January 31, 2026

The Frontier Security Brief is committed to transparency and fairness. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may - or may not - be issued for purchases made through our website.

1. Digital Products & Content

All purchases of digital products, including but not limited to reports, briefings, newsletters, subscriptions, downloadable materials, or other digital content, are non-refundable once access has been granted or the content has been delivered.

Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Failure to read or use the content

  • Perceived dissatisfaction with analysis or viewpoints

  • Accidental purchases

2. Event Registrations

For events hosted or co-hosted by The Frontier Security Brief:

  • Full Refund:
Cancellations submitted 14 days or more prior to the event date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Partial Refund:
Cancellations submitted 7–13 days prior to the event may be eligible for a partial refund (up to 50%), subject to administrative and venue-related costs.

  • No Refund:
Cancellations submitted less than 7 days prior to the event, or failure to attend without notice (“no-show”), are not eligible for a refund.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the event organizers at the contact email provided in the registration materials.

Substitutions

  • Registrants may transfer their registration to another qualified participant from the same organization at no additional cost, provided the substitution request is received no later than 48 hours before the event.

All substitute attendees are subject to the same registration and participation policies.

Event Changes or Cancellation by Organizer

  • The Frontier Security Brief reserves the right to modify the event schedule, format, or speakers as necessary.

  • In the unlikely event that the event is postponed or canceled by the organizers, registrants will be offered the option of:

    • A full refund, or

    • Transfer of registration to a rescheduled date or future event.

The organizers are not responsible for travel, lodging, or other expenses incurred by attendees.

Force Majeure

Refunds may not be available in cases where the event is impacted by circumstances beyond the organizers’ control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, government actions, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to provide alternative arrangements or partial accommodations.

3. Subscriptions

Subscription fees (monthly or annual) are non-refundable once billed. You may cancel a subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

No partial refunds are provided for unused time or early cancellation.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate charges

  • Technical issues preventing access to purchased content that cannot be resolved

Approval of any such refund is at the sole discretion of The Frontier Security Brief.
