Guest participation is intended to inform and educate. The podcast is not a venue for political advocacy, lobbying, or commercial promotion except as outlined below. Guest appearances are by invitation or approval only. Submission of a request does not guarantee an appearance. Guests are selected based on subject-matter relevance, professional expertise, alignment with the podcast’s mission, and editorial balance. The Frontier Security Brief retains full discretion over guest selection. There is no fee to appear, and guests are not compensated. The Frontier Security Brief does not accept payment, sponsorship, or consideration in exchange for guest appearances. The Frontier Security Brief retains full editorial control over topics, questions, recording, editing, and publication. Participation does not guarantee specific talking points, final edit approval, or episode release. Guests may not advocate for political parties or campaigns, engage in lobbying, share classified or restricted information, or make knowingly false or defamatory statements. The host may pause, redirect, or terminate a recording if standards are violated. At the host’s discretion, guests may briefly reference relevant products, services, publications, or ventures. Such references must remain secondary, may not imply endorsement, and may not involve political advocacy or lobbying. No payment is accepted for promotional mentions. Guests may, at the host’s discretion, reference charitable, nonprofit, veteran, or mission-aligned fundraising efforts in an informational manner only. Direct solicitations and political fundraising are prohibited. No compensation or donations are accepted in exchange for appearances. Recording is scheduled by mutual agreement. At least 48 hours’ notice is requested for cancellations. Repeated no-shows may result in declined future requests. By participating, guests grant permission to record, edit, and distribute content.
